What should you do if you accidentally taken about 4-5 tablespoons of salt?

I told my friend’s little brother to put some salt on the scrambled eggs while I’m gone and when I came back I fried it and ate it. It tasted kinda salty but I thought what the hell. After i ate it I asked him how much he put in it and he said about 4 or 5 spoons.
